KND Solution is a software company that offers the web application and development solutions, ERP software solutions for its clients worldwide. When the KND Solution approached Blackmint, their email marketing strategy was limited and restricted to certain limitations and with the bulk of emails being transactional. They wanted complete support from our team for creating email sequences for cold leads and warm leads. Also,

put emphasis on current customers for email nurturing sequences. We need to create a nurturing sequence with keeping goals in mind: Re-engage their current customers and gather testimonials for marketing materials.

The Strategy

Because KND Solution had a very limited email strategy to begin with, we started from scratch by cleaning and segmenting lists and creating a MailChimp account.
Once the initial setup was complete, we created an efficient email campaign consisting of six emails spanning a four month timeframe. We delivered targeted content using HTML emails that includes blogs posts, videos, and keep our current customers engaged and interacted with the brand.

In addition to sending valuable content in HTML emails, we also used Plain Text emails to inquire about customer’s experience with KND Solution service. A plain text email is an email without any images, videos, or buttons. Plain Text emails display more personal information and usually come from an employee’s personal email address. This strategy helps the customer feel valued and cared for.


The Results

We are able to create an email strategy that KND Solution can utilize throughout the future to engage and strengthen their relationship with their customers. In addition, we received about fifty positive customer testimonials to utilize in marketing materials. KND Solution people are extremely happy to see results that boost their engagement levels and also receive positive feedback about their services.
