Recently, a client that delivers IT services online to its global clients approached Blackmint with three goals in mind: increase brand awareness online, design and develop the site using latest technologies and frameworks and drive more revenue through the site. The team put a focus on generating SEO-optimized content that aware users on NDS products and services, how they will develop that, and how it satisfy every business IT requirements. We found that the best way to present that content was through a simplified and direct user interface and seamless user experience. A responsive full-width layout and complementary use of vibrant and neutral colors is what allows users to be able to effectively navigate the website.
All of the website content was styled and placed deliberately keeping in mind the brand’s identity, their offering, and the millennial audience they aim to reach.
After the complete design and development of the website, our social and email marketing teams collaborated to create and promote email marketing campaigns and social media campaigns to increase branding awareness about the products and services NDS are serving to its customers.

And finally the theory rang true! Compared to an average sale, we increased sessions by 75%, conversion rates by 85% and revenues by 300%. We also saw dramatic improvements in our email click-through-rate – an increase of 7.3%. We saw Facebook and Instagram traffic spike by nearly 40% and overall social revenue from this one-day sale accounted for 9.66% of all social revenue generated that month.
